Prospecting & Site Verification
Before engaging any mining partner, our team conducts on-ground site verification. We assess extraction methods, labour practices, environmental impact, and legal compliance — rejecting any operation that does not meet our standards.
Artisanal Extraction
Our partner miners use approved, mercury-free extraction techniques. We provide technical support and equipment subsidies to help artisanal operations transition to cleaner methods — improving both yield quality and environmental outcomes.
On-Site Quality Assessment
Our field representatives conduct initial quality assessment at the point of extraction. Raw gold is weighed, tested with portable XRF analysers, and documented before leaving the mining site.
Secure Transportation to Nairobi
All gold is transported to our Nairobi facility under secure, insured conditions. Chain-of-custody documentation is maintained at every handoff point — from mine to our processing facility.
Independent Laboratory Assay
In Nairobi, every batch undergoes full independent assay by a certified third-party laboratory. This is non-negotiable — no product is offered for sale without a verified purity certificate.
Documentation & Sale
With assay complete, we prepare full chain-of-custody documentation, export permits, and compliance certificates. The gold is then offered to buyers with complete transparency of origin, purity, and provenance.
